This oh-so-yummy dish has officially become my new favorite! 🤤

What is it, you ask?

✨ Pan-Seared Grouper with our beautifully updated and perfected Beurre Blanc sauce, paired with perfectly sautéed potatoes, salted to perfection, and fresh-seared broccolini.

And when I tell you… we have perfected that sauce! 👏🏼 chefs kiss!

Creamy, buttery, silky, and absolutely packed with flavor. The grouper is tender and flaky, the potatoes are golden and savory, and the broccolini brings just the right fresh finish.

This one has quickly become a new favorite around here. 🐟💙
