Come on down to grab a bite to eat on this beautiful summer day!
~ The grill is on for burgers and hotdogs!
~ The fryers are hot for fish tacos, fries, tots and chicken fingers!
~ The cooler is stocked with cold sides!
~ The warmer is filled with cowboy beans!
~ The freezer is filled with cold Novelty treats
~ The umbrellas are up for some shade at the picnic tables

DID YOU KNOW - we make several items from scratch?!?

* SMASH BURGERS- not frozen patties, but seasoned fresh burger 🍔

* FISH CAKES - a family recipe we have enjoyed for many years! 🐟

* COLESLAW - the Captain's specialty (including the Fish Cakes!!) ⚓️

* MACARONI SALAD- it's classic and it's yummy! Not bought in a jug from the store! 🍲

* PASTA SALAD - simple, but a cool and light side to accompany any entree! 🥗

* COWBOY BEANS - 🫘 😋 the recipe is new to us, but it's a keeper! The returning customers can tell you just how good they are!

* BROWNIES - baked with love ❤️

Off site on Friday for a private event. Then on Sunday, 8/16 join us at a public event with live music at Five & 20 winery!

KNOT RIGHT BITES schedule is a bit different this week -- we are taking the truck on some local road trips:

THURSDAY, 8/13 ~ 4-8pm
*(at our regular location)

FRIDAY, 8/14 ~ we will be in Dunkirk at Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for a carnival and cruise in event from 11am - 3pm.

SATURDAY, 8/15 ~11am - 7pm *(at our regular location)

SUNDAY, 8/16 ~ at Five & 20 Spirits & Brewing in Westfield from 12 (noon) - 4pm for the annual Jeep Jam event and live music!! This is open to the public - please stop by!
