2027 IS ALREADY TAKING SHAPE AT THE WINDJAMMER…
Seems early but we’re already booking entertainment all the way through New Year’s Eve 2027. So before we get too far into that calendar, we want to hear from the people who actually spend their summers with us.
What do YOU want more of?
More rock? Country? 80s? Swing? Acoustic? More DJs?
Do you want bands that get you up and dancing, or great music you can sit, have dinner and a few drinks, and just enjoy?
Would you rather have nighttime bands start earlier? Would you come down for a Thursday night band? Would you stick around for a Sunday night band after a day at the beach?
Trivia? Bingo? Comedy? Theme nights? What aren’t we doing that we should be? Please don’t say karaoke. That’s just painful for everyone :)
Seriously — tell us. We actually want to know.
And keep in mind, this is the Windjammer after all. Normal has never really been our thing.
We do midget wrestling. Country line dancing. Puppy Yappy Hours on the patio. The Sea Glass Festival. Guy Fawkes Bonfire Night. Seal releases with the Mystic Aquarium. Fundraisers. Polar plunges in the winter and early spring.
Our definition of entertainment is pretty flexible. If it gets people out of the house and down to the beach, we’re interested. And if you can get people to the beach on a day that definitely isn’t a beach day? Now you really have our attention.
FOR BANDS & ENTERTAINERS:
We book March through December across three different stages, and we’re already getting pretty limited on prime Summer 2027 Saturdays.
The reality is, summer just isn’t long enough. So we’re filling the rest of the year, too.
We’ve got the big Event Room stage for larger bands and shows, the Surf Bar stage for smaller, more casual bands, and the Patio stage for acoustic acts overlooking the beach.
Want to be considered? Send ONE email to [email protected] with:
* Live video or demo
* Your rate with sound and lights included
* Actual dates in 2027 that you are available and interested in playing here
Please send all three in the first email. We get flooded with inquiries, and we’re not going to chase you for videos, rates or dates. Give us what we need to make a decision. If we think you’re a good fit for the Windjammer, we’ll reach out.
Let’s build a great 2027 together.
