🥢👩‍🍳 My mom and I had the honor of being the chefs for my parents’ monthly neighborhood dinner—and this month, we gave Dad a night off and took over the kitchen! 💚

We whipped up a Chinese-inspired vegan feast featuring:

🥟 Artichoke Rangoon
🥟 Mushroom & Brussels Sprout Potstickers
🥠 Veggie Egg Rolls
🍚 Vegetable Fried Rice

And the best part? The non-vegan neighbors pretty much devoured everything! 😋

The first cantaloupes should be ready for harvesting this week—and I couldn’t be more excited! 💚

A few of them have decided to go rogue, escaping the garden and making their way along the fence line. 😂 The upside? They’ll be perfectly positioned for neighbors strolling by to pick one up along the sidewalk!

Nothing says summer quite like sharing the garden’s bounty. 🌱🍈☀️
