Time will get twisty in October:

FRIDAY, 0CT 9 - We're opening at 12pm so Wesley & Patty can go hang out with the rest of the peeps at our Fall tabletop gaming convention. This time the con will be at the downtown branch of the Portland Public Library on 10/9 & 10/10. Free and open to the public
_________________________

TUESDAY OCT 13 ~ & ~ OCT 20 - Yup, you read that right. We'll be open on two Tuesdays this month! We have small events both evenings and decided we may as well be open for realz. Since we aren't usually open, we are asking that you make a reservation so we have a better sense of how many Owlbears we'll need to sling all the drinks and fuds.

Oct 13's event is top secret so I can't tell you why we're open. But Oct 20 is definitely not a secret. Jenny Hesseltine will be hosting a 2-hour ceramic mug-making workshop. For more info and to sign up, check out the events link in our bio!

Or just come in and play Commander or D&D like you usually do.

We’ve been giving our game database a pretty substantial update, and we’re ready for you to take it for a spin!

One of the best things about having a team of baristas and cooks who also happen to be walking game encyclopedias, Certified Gaming Nerds™, and — somehow — coders is that we can build things like this ourselves. 😂

From the code to the data, this database is being built and maintained by our own team. We think we’ve got all of our games in there now (plus some others we’ve come across), along with some handy new details — like whether a game is in our library, out for repair, or currently unavailable, and where to find it in the library.

That said… it’s still BETA. 😅

We’ve gone over this thing so many times that words have stopped meaning anything to us. We think we’ve caught everything, but not every detail for every game is complete yet, and there may absolutely be some glitches hiding in there.

So if you spot something that’s wrong, confusing, broken, incomplete, or just plain weird, please let us know! Helpful feedback is hugely appreciated as we keep improving it. (Trolls will be fed to hungry Owlbears.)

There’s a Google Form at the bottom of the Game Questionnaire page where you can send us feedback.

Most importantly: we hope you have fun! Browse the database, poke around, discover something you haven’t played, and maybe find your next game-night favorite.
