For the past 23 months, John Cianci, my brother Robert and I have worked together to make our Veterans Appreciation Dinners a reality.
When we first started this, we had no idea what it would become. We simply wanted to create a place where veterans could come together, enjoy a meal, share stories, and know they were appreciated. Twenty-three months later, it’s become one of the most rewarding things we’ve ever been a part of.
John has been the driving force behind bringing veterans together and making sure they have access to resources, information, and support. Month after month, he shows up and puts his heart into this mission.
My brother Robert and I are honored to play a small part by opening our doors, serving meals, and spending time with the incredible men and women who have served our country. The friendships and memories that have come from these dinners are something we’ll always cherish.
John, thank you for your dedication, your friendship, and your unwavering commitment to Rhode Island’s veterans. What you’ve helped build over these past 23 months has made a difference in a lot of lives.
And to all of our veterans, thank you for allowing us the privilege of serving you for a change.
🇺🇸❤️
