Well it's the last day of the year. Sold all the equipment and closed on the sale if the restaurant (building and lot) on Friday. Looking forward to the New Year business free.

Of course, could not sign the papers without remembering the ups and downs of 20+ years, the people we met and friends we made, both of whom were employees and customers. When considering the time and frustration of running a restaurant, it was not difficult to shut it down; however, the end of seeing the many people you have enjoyed seeing as if they were family was difficult, and is definitely missed. (Even you Pete). So, know it's a special pleasure to see you all whenever I'm out and about.

Thank you everyone for the amazing memories I will have forever, and I hope everyone has an amazing New Year!

Last night is here, and we are all booked up. What we have will probably exhaust out inventory as well, so regretfully going to cut off seating.

Could be busy this weekend since it is our last. Please make reservations if possible. Especially if you want ribs or Rouladen let us know.

It's our last weekend. Made 18 servings of Rouladen for those that requested. Will have this and as much of other things as available. Look forward to seeing those that make it out this weekend.

Back open this weekend. Hope everyone had a good Labor day weekend. Just 3 more weekends after tonight. Again, if you missed it, 1 October will be our last night. For those that have asked, I do plan on doing Rouladen 1 more time. If time allows, will do a big batch and run it the last couple weekends until it is gone. I will post here when we have it.

Bernie just made his last batch of Bourbon sauce. It is the last batch he will make, so if you want some, get it before its gone. We are low on pint jars, so you might bring something to put it in.

We are in the final stretch. Our last day will be Saturday October 1st. We are going to concentrate on running down our inventory, but will have steaks, pork steak, ribs, tenderloins, schnitzel for sure until the end. We have already sold most of the bar signs, but still a few left, so if you see something you want, just ask.

We have already depleted the following menu items and are not going to purchase anymore:
Prime Rib
Veal
Froglegs
Wienerschnitzel

Running low on Cod, and salmon.

Still have most of our sides and appetizers.

Still open, but down to our last 4-6 weeks. Doesn't look as though a we will be able to sell, so going to start running down some inventory. There will be some things we will not replenish when they are exhausted. We will only replenish those menu items we can purchase in small quantities and know we will move from this point on. This is officially our last call, so come see us before we close her down sometime in September.
