We open for our 174th season Wednesday, August 5th, at 7am.

When the Mayer family started operation in 1852, they wanted to press the finest apple cider anywhere. This tradition has never changed!

Our cider is fresh-pressed. And with each new variety of apples harvested, the flavor is ever-changing. So, visit us often!
When you come to our historic Cider Mill and Bakery, it’s like stepping into an old-fashioned country store!

Enjoy our secret-recipe, fresh-baked pies! Melt-in-your-mouth crusts and brimming with, plump, juicy filling. Choose from Strawberry Lemonade, Blueberry Lemon Buckle, Traditional Apple, Dutch Apple, Peach, Cherry, Very Berry, Pumpkin, Strawberry Rhubarb and our legendary Grandma Mayer’s Caramel Apple.

Then there’s our homemade doughnuts. If you like boatloads of frosting, you have to try the frosted doughnuts. They’re amazing!

Thank you for all the concerns regarding a fire at one of our production facilities near our Cider Mill store that occurred today. And thank you to all the firefighters and emergency staff who helped put it out!

This facility is unrelated to Cider Mill store operations and Apple Cider production. The store opening date of 8/5 is unaffected and we will see you at 7am sharp on Wednesday!

Mayer Brothers is one of the oldest family owned businesses in New York State, and we have grown to be among the largest producers of juices and bottled water in the United States. The company is run by 5th generation Garrett Mayer.

Another unique new pie we will have for August at the historic Cider Mill is Blueberry Lemon Buckle. This is an old-fashioned, rustic dessert packed with fresh blueberries, brightened with lemon zest, and is covered in a sweet, crumbly streusel topping.
