The pig came out perfect. Crunchy skin and tender meat. Even the Arkansas fans loved the touch of having a roasted pig.

We successfully contributed to another event, with our customers expressing satisfaction. Being selected by the local AMMO Chiefs for their annual event was a privilege. I have worked for all three of these guys, we understand the high level of quality they demand. As expected, they challenged us and requested a 100lb pig, which turned out to be the largest we've prepared. We were happy to meet their expectations and those of the fAMMOly.
