Just a friendly reminder, we will be closed today. Also, starting tomorrow we will have new business hours and days. We will be open Wednesday - Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

No worries, we are here for all your BBQ cravings!!🫡

We are hiring at this time and looking for people that wants to work with us on the truck and more opportunities!! DM us if you are looking to work with the best BBQ guys in town. 👋

Additionally, we have paused our catering intakes at this time due to hiring challenges. We will update this information in the future once we meet our hiring needs. 👍

Bigtex Family we have some changes coming‼️

P.S.A.🚨

At this time, due to hiring shortages we will have to change our business hours. Starting June 6th, we will be changing our business hours to 10am til 3pm openings hours. Additionally, we will be moving our business opening days to Wednesdays - Saturdays starting June 10th.

Also, because of the hiring shortages we will not be accepting any catering request at this time. We understand this is a small disruption but we our planning to address our hiring needs during this time. 👍

Lastly, if you know anybody in our community looking for a hiring opportunity, you can reach out to us directly for more details.

We are currently hiring at this time. We are looking to hiring someone to our bigtex team!! If you are interested, Please provide us with your resume.

Minimum Requirements
Must be able to be on their feet for long periods of time
Comfortable in the kitchen
Knows how to cut vegetables and meat
Proper use/knowledge of knives
Help out with cooking if necessary
Professional and friendly
Basic Math Skills
Communication skills
Keep area clean
Positive Attitude
Reliable means of Transportation

Primary Responsibilities
Greet customers as they approach the truck
Serve food and/or drinks to customers
Stock supplies, utensils and condiments
Work with other staff members to be a team player
Inform customers of menu items, pricing and specials
Prepare items and complete transactions including sales taxes through POS system
Able to prepare BBQ food items
Capable to drive trailer in position
