We’re 5 days out from Rib King NYC™ 2025, and now is the perfect time to welcome back to our three favorite BBQ brothers—Chris, Jamie, & Gavin of ! Since its inception in 2008, Farella Brothers Hospitality has been serving BBQ recipes handed down through their family for generations.

🍖How many years have you participated in Rib King NYC™?
This will be our second year participating in Rib King, and we’re really excited to be back!
🍖What will you be serving at this year’s event?
We’ll be serving “Mama’s Sticky Ribs.” Ribs were always a staple at our family cookouts and gatherings, and our mom always made the best. She would dry-rub them and roast them in the oven, then glaze them with her special homemade BBQ sauce. That sauce was actually the inspiration for our original BBQ sauce that we serve in our restaurants.
🍖What BBQ accomplishments are you most proud of?
Honestly, just serving amazing BBQ every day at our three locations in Ramsey, NJ, West Nyack, NY, and Cornwall, NY. We are so thankful to be able to share our family’s home cooking with our extended family, our guests. We really appreciate the support we’ve received from our Brothers Family, who always show us love. We’re just so grateful to be a part of your lives and weekly schedules.
🍖What spot/person makes the best ribs you’ve ever had?
Recently, we were hanging out with down at in Times Square and had some of their delicious Duroc Pork Ribs! Man they were so meaty and juicy with a great smoke flavor. Shout out to Chef and the Pitmasters down there!
