After 40 years and three family generations our family decided the time was right to put a fresh twist on our restaurant, The Parthenon Restaurant, and move to a more convenient location for our customers. Parthenon Greek American Grill is an exciting new version of the West Lafayette local landmark. At our new, 10 years new now, location we remain committed to offering guests great service and qu

ality homemade food in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Our menu is based on homemade Greek recipes which have been passed down from one family generation to the next. Every item on the menu is made fresh on the premises. Our gyros are made onsite from fresh ground beef and lamb. The yogurt sauce is made from yogurt we culture ourselves. In addition to our classic Greek dishes we offer innovative Greek inspired American classics including Pitaburgers, delicious salads, a children's menu, and more.

Ongoing staffing shortages are affecting us like many other small family businesses and large businesses, alike. We are grateful for our staff and their hard work, and our wonderful customers that have kept us very, very busy. We have decided to give ourselves a much needed break so we will be closed today. This certainly was a difficult decision to make and we thank you for your understanding. Please keep us in mind as we are hiring. We offer good pay, flexible scheduling, meal discounts and more.

We have immediate Crew position openings. Parthenon Crew Members must have the following attributes: a positive attitude, be reliable, and the ability to multi-task. Restaurant experience is a plus but not necessary. Responsibilities will include.

Completing opening tasks and closing tasks as appropriate
Interacting with guests, entering orders, delivering orders to tables, and ensuring an impeccably clean dining area
Cleaning dishware, cookware, and utensils if needed
Maintaining a clean work area
Kitchen food prep tasks
Opportunity for advancement to Senior Crew levels. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
