We’ve had so many ask how they can help us survive. The community has shown up for us in ways we never could have imagined. We had the kindest gentleman stop by last night and asked permission to start a go fund me to help try to save our family business. We are incredible touched! There are not enough words to express our thanks! 🥺🥺

It’s with heavy hearts we share that Penne For Your Thoughts will be closing its doors after 8 unforgettable years…
What started as a food truck in 2018 grew into something far bigger.. a place filled with comfort, connection, and community. Penne For Your Thoughts was our passion, our livelihood, and our family’s dream. We truly believed in what we built here.
Unfortunately, like so many small businesses around us right now, rising costs and the realities of today’s economy have made it impossible for us to continue. This decision has been incredibly difficult and painful, but it is one we are forced to make.
What remains is overwhelming gratitude. Thank you for every order, every smile, every encouraging word and story of you enjoying our food, for bringing your friends and families, and for filling our dining room with laughter and life. It was always about the food and supporting our community
Our final day will be Wednesday, February 11th. We hope you’ll come see us one last time, share some pasta, dip one last garlic Parmesan fry in ranch, and let us thank you in person.
