Join us for an immersive evening inspired by the wild flavors and traditions of Ashe County.
In the days leading up to the dinner, Chef and his team will forage locally throughout the county, gathering ingredients that will shape an unforgettable experience. Additional ingredients will come from nearby farms, gardens, and local producers.
This dinner is a celebration of Appalachian roots, seasonal harvests, traditional techniques, and the connection between land and table.
