The one thing we love as much as good whipped cream is good ICE CREAM! We are so excited to feature on our truck! We searched high and low for the best ice cream in CA and are so excited to carry it now on our truck! Be sure to stop by our first scooping day tomorrow to get some of our delicious Fosselmans favorites! See everyone for our first scooping day at Malibu Wine and Beer Garden from 12pm-5pm as part of their holiday market! We will be parked outside of the 21+ area so ice cream lovers of all ages can come for a visit! Those 21+ can also enjoy the other fun offerings at the holiday market!

For those who don’t know: part of our journey in opening this truck was trying to find ways to make our truck more environmentally conscious. We wanted to avoid using a loud, gas generator so went to Joule Case for a solution! Come visit us Sunday as we give our Joule Case it’s first taste of scooping! “When I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream” with Whipped Cream O'Clock it’s because you’re excited! Not because your screaming over a generator! No gas, no fumes, no noise!! We’re excited to have this cutting edge technology in our little Bailey Bus!
