We are so excited and proud to announce that our very own Sonny Chen has been awarded as one of Hartford Business Journal’s 40 under 40! Since opening Black Bamboo 16 years ago, it and Sonny have become a pillar of the community. We are so happy to see him recognized for all of his hard work, both in and out of the kitchen.
