DID YOU KNOW?!

We had our soft opening on Monday and the response was incredible. Now it’s time to officially open the doors.

Mas Carne is officially serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner starting Wednesday, June 17th!

Inside the M&J Saloon

We’re now open Monday through Saturday from 8AM-8PM.

Longer weekend hours are coming soon as we settle into our new home and continue building the experience.

No more wondering when the next pop-up will be. While we’ll still hit the streets from time to time, Mas Carne now has a permanent home where you can get your favorite Southern Cali street food six days a week for every meal of the day.

Come get stuffed with all your favorites plus a few new additions we’ve been working on.

Breakfast burritos.
Carne Asada Burritos.
Loaded Fries.
Tacos.
Nachos.
Sincronizadas.
Agua Frescas.

And plenty more.

This isn’t just another Mexican restaurant. It’s our take on authentic Southern California street food brought to the Fargo-Moorhead area in a concept unlike anything else around.

To everyone who has supported the food truck, stood in line at pop-ups, booked catering, shared our posts, and believed in what we’re building… thank you. This next chapter wouldn’t be possible without you.
