Gringos Tacos Permanently closed Gringos Tacos was founded in 2004 By Chris Formica right after graduating High School.

Chris Formica had a vision of providing better “taco man” style catering at price every family could afford. Since that day Gringos Tacos has grown to full service catering company, restaurant and in April of 2012 Gringos Tacos Launched there first gourmet food truck ( Gringo1 ), Gringo1 serves through out Southern California from curbside lunches to private events.
