Chef Dylan Goff brings nearly 20 years of kitchen experience to The Pink House. Raised in the Connecticut Valley, Dylan learned his craft working in diners, neighborhood restaurants, and independent kitchens throughout the region before serving as Sous Chef at Community Table in New Preston. Guided by a philosophy of fresh, local, affordable food and a commitment to zero-waste cooking, Dylan is passionate about showcasing the best of Northwest Connecticut’s farms and producers while creating memorable experiences for every guest. He is also the proud father of two sons, Jace and Luca.
