Wedding cakes, grad cake, birthday celebrations…. The 3-tiered cake was a different delivery and arrangement for sure! I had to climb up repeatedly on a bar stool and get on my knees to stack the tiers and decorate. Have never had a wedding cake set up on a bar top, but it worked and was much enjoyed! Hendrix Restaurant and Bar for the win. Chocolate, strawberry, and funfetti flavors…

Please read so you’ll know what to expect as well as read through the reminders. I’ve taken some time off this summer to spend with family and help my mom. Orders are already starting to roll in for back to school, graduations, and lots up upcoming weddings.

**Reminder- no more deliveries on Saturdays unless it’s a wedding cake or large party. I am closed on Sundays and will not respond to Sunday online orders placed until Monday morning during business hours.

Please get all orders in weeks in advance. The majority of cake toppers are custom made and need adequate time to be made. Rush fees charged if not enough notice given.

🎓🎓It’s never too late to get December and May graduation orders in. There is already a list!! USC graduation in December is on the 14th. I will be closed the rest of that week for my son’s wedding.

🎓♥️May 2027 graduations for USC start on May 6-8. There is a list that is already filling up for those dates, so do not wait!! I always run out of spots.

30 cakes, 4 cookie cakes, 73 cupcakes, 75+ decorated cookies, and 2 bread loaves over a 4-day period gets a little crazy. I had to turn down multiple grad orders due to the already overbooked schedule. Chocolate cake was the most popular flavor this year with red velvet cake in second place and then vanilla. The most creative order was a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and cookies and cream buttercream for a bunch of college male grads. Cocky was the most popular cake topper. So grateful for all of the orders and excited for these amazing students that worked so hard to finish well!!

By the grace of God I survived USC graduation week. My hardest year ever since I’ve been doing grad orders for USC parents- my father was in the hospital, one of my sweet aunts died unexpectedly, and it was my first year without my assistant helping me everyday and late nights. Grateful for my niece and nephew who jumped in and helped, my husband who stayed at the hospital many many hours with my mom and dad so that I could get orders done, and to my daughter, , for doing 17 deliveries for me so that I could continue to work while everyone received their cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. Thank you to all of the sweet moms who’ve told me they were praying for Dad- amazing to have people all over the country praying for him. Graduation is always bittersweet- good byes to students and hello to moms and dads. Thank you again to all of my amazing customers!

I am asking all of my faithful customers to PLEASE adhere to normal business hours when texting me. I do not have a separate business phone or business line. I use my personal cell phone to do everything which is my choice and easier for me to keep up with.

DO NOT TEXT ME BEFORE 9am or after 10pm (that’s already too late). I am repeatedly getting early morning texts. I work from home and not getting out the door early like many of you. I work late hours many nights especially during the busy seasons and am not getting up at the crack of dawn to leave the house.

I am currently the secondary emergency contact for the hospital where my father is still in the ICU. I cannot turn my sounds off at night. Please be respectful of business hours when texting. If you would not call me that early or that late, then DO NOT text me that early or that late. It’s not just me being affected by this but also my husband.
