If you had any idea how much time we've invested into research and development, studying Nashville hot chicken culture, understanding spice and flavor, and learning the true history behind this food, you'd understand why FIRE is different.

Hey All, we are going to close early. The extreme heat has made its way to the restaurant. It's over 100 degrees in the kitchen and even the equipment is having a hard time keeping up with the heat. We are going to close now for the rest of the day for the safety and well being of our team.

It's so easy for most places to just buy their sauces. That's why most places sauces suck. I love making our sauces in small thoughtful batches. You've never had Bleu cheese like ours.
