As a small business restaurant owner, you realize really quick that your guests and employees are your biggest blessing. That said, someone choking while in your restaurant becomes a big fear. Today, we were blessed to receive a very special donation from Luke Lewis with Rescue Ready Foundation. Luke and Rescue Ready Foundation donated a potential life saving device called Life Vac that can be used to help anyone that may be choking in order to free up the airway. Thank you Luke and Rescue Ready Foundation for this amazing donation!! May we never have to use it!!

When summertime hits, trips to the farmers market become a weekly thing. Going by Phillips Family Peaches is always stop number 1 and then it’s off to the kitchen! Summer Solstice flatbread with those fresh peaches is where we start and the homemade peach cobbler….still in the oven…is the perfect way to finish dinner!! See you tonight!!
