A Tuesday night on the lake with a glass of Puglia in hand. Cantele joins us next week, September 29 for another W**e Night on the Lake. We're pouring five w**es, serving four courses, and setting the table upstairs with the lake view.

The evening is about enjoying w**e, food and the company. You don't need to know anything about w**e.

It's not just the recipes that makes our cuisine authentically Italian, it's our cooking methods too. We have seafood cartoccio coming out of the kitchen this week featuring fresh sea bass, mussels, clams & baby shrimp along with fresh garden vegetables.

Our latest feature from chef is making waves in the dining room here in Commerce Township. Lately, we’ve been offering Cacio e Pepe with a tableside preparation.

The classic dish is made with our housemade linguine noodles, tossed while hot in a Pecorino Romano cheese wheel until saucy, and finished with freshly grated black pepper. Available for a limited time as a Chef Feature!
