Okay, woodland detectives how many did you get right?

Because around here, the theme doesn’t stop at the decorations.

I love taking a party theme and weaving it right into the graze from the food to the little details you might not even notice at first glance.

Your theme. Your vision. My obsession with the details.

Because your grazing table should feel like it belongs at your party, not just any party.

Save this and come back every Tuesday for a mini lesson on how to cut and style cheeses, meats and fruits.

Every Tuesday I'll teach you how to become a mini charcuterie pro in 30 seconds or less.

Prosciutto arm!
1. Grab One 4 oz pack of your favorite prosciutto, prosciutto roll and prosciutto mozzarella rolls and your favorite goat cheese.
2. Use an edible marker to trace your arm and fingers on wax paper then cut.
3. Use the prosciutto mozzarella rolls for fingers and prosciutto roll for arm.
4. I used caramelized onion goat cheese and smooshed it in the hand area so in between the fingers and arm.
5. Then place strips of prosciutto over the goat cheese and prosciutto roll for the skin.
6. This looks amazing on a Halloween board or grazing table just double check with your customer before you do this.

I'm not just setting up a grazing table....

That’s my favorite part of what I do. I’m helping create the kind of celebration people will remember long after the last bite.

The excitement of a little one on the way. The people who love you all gathered in one room. The tiny details, the happy tears, and that feeling that life is about to get a whole lot sweeter.

Now I can finally use all those pinned items on my w to think back as a kid what I thought I wanted to do.

Most of my adult life I struggled with what I actually wanted to be and I got my master's in occupational therapy because my father in law said they were in demand.

I did get said masters, but could never pass the licensure part (I am a terrible test taker and later found out I have a reading disability)

As an adult I loved baking and gardening and honestly styling cheese boards is very similar.
