Double board Saturday!

Today we are sending our catering season off with a BANG! It's all hands on deck with 3 weddings headed out 😳

With events in Franklin, Berkshire and Montgomery we are basically in every town in the county today!

Being the last wedding weekend of our season we are already looking ahead to next year! Be sure to think of us next party you plan.

Hello Flavor! This week we are having some fun with playful seasonal specials. There is a lot of new ideas happening so be sure to get over and see what’s new and cooking this week here are the specials!

Kicking this party off is the new Cumin Pulled Chicken and White Queso Nachos, tender braised chicken thighs that have been rubbed in a cumin and chili forward dry rub, they are shredded and served over fried tortilla chips with house made white queso, fresh Pico and avocado cream.

Then nothing new about this specials.. the Turkey Bacon Apple is back! hand carved roasted turkey served on griddle white bread with cheddar cheese, sliced apple, bacon, red onion and maple mayo served with fries

Then back for third and final week, be sure to grab an order of Apple C***r BBQ Chef Special Wings and Pair that with the return of the Philly Cheese Steak Chef Special Pizza!

Today the PH Catering Team is headed just down the road to our friends at The Highgate Manor for our first October Wedding!

It's time to eat!!!

We came out of the gate swinging this week and these specials look bomb! Seasonal flavor, fun techniques and tons of flavor.. heres a peak at what's cooking up in Berkshire this weekend.

Appitizer Special
California Brisket Eggrolls - chopped BBQ brisket folded into a creamy pepperjack filling with black bean, red onion and cheddar cheese then tucked into eggrolls wrappers and fried, served with avocado ranch

Lite Fare
Maple Hanger Steak Salad - tender greens topped with goat cheese, roasted sweet potatoes, beets, red onion and toasted pumpkin seeds then finished with a sliced maple marinated hanger steak and a sweet balsamic dressing

Weekly Dinner Entree
Steakhouse Ribeye - a beef ribeye steak grilled to your desired temperature then served with a side of house-made steak sauce, and topped with crispy onion strings then served with mashed potatoes and corn on the cobb

Good morning! Hard to believe we only have one more day in September! But we are moving in to a new month with fun new specials to match, here are the specials!

The Appetizer Special this week is California Brisket Eggrolls chopped BBQ brisket folded into a creamy pepperjack filling with black bean, red onion and cheddar cheese then tucked into eggrolls wrappers and fried, served with avocado ranch

Then, we have TWO Lite Fare options, the first is the Double Chili Dogs twin grilled hot dog tucked into brioche buns then topped with chili, cheddar cheese, red onion and pickled jalapeño served with fries

Then we have the Maple Hanger Steak Harvest Salad, tender greens topped with goat cheese, roasted sweet potatoes, beets, red onion and toasted pumpkin seeds then finished with a sliced maple marinated hanger steak and a sweet balsamic dressing

Double Board Saturday!

We are doubling down on weddings today as the PH Cater squad is out in force!

The first board is headed to The Ellis Inn in Essex while the second is headed to a little spot we may know.. The Phoenix Manor!

This new special is sort of a big dill.. 😆

It's the new Bacon Ranch Pickle Dip! It starts with creamy garlic pickle dip enhanced with ranch seasoning, sharp cheddar cheese, smokey bacon garlic and parmesan then placed in a cast iron skillet, topped with buttery parmesan bread crumbs and baked. It's then served with wavy chips for dipping

Good Morning and Happy Fall! It’s always hard to see the fun of the summer go, but! We are making this season just as fun with a week full of seasonal flavors, pulling from apples, root vegetables and late season produce it’s is a flavor bomb of a week! Here are the specials.

Starting the week of is the new Ranch Bacon Pickle Dip appetizer. Our take on a viral trend this has – creamy garlic pickle dip enhanced with ranch seasoning, sharp cheddar cheese, smokey bacon garlic and parmesan then placed in a cast iron skillet, topped with buttery parmesan bread crumbs and baked then served with wavy chips for dipping

Then a new take on our popular “Big Dirty” sandwiches, the Autumn Big Dirty has a buttermilk batter chicken breast, hand dredged and fried then topped with cheddar cheese and served on a brioche bun with apples, roasted onions, maple bacon jam and an apple c***r aioli then served with fries.
