It's Valentine's Weekend! We all know about Cupid, right? No, not Santa's reindeer, but the Cupid that that takes magical gold-tipped arrows and shoots them at humans, piercing them in their heart, which causes them to fall deeply in love. How romantic, right?
Instead of the gold-tipped arrow, try bringing your valentine/s for a Valentine Grizzly Grill Special! Valentine weekend special is any sandwich, string cheese, drink, and a bag of chips for only 7.00 or a hot dog, string cheese, drink and a bag of chips for only 5.00. This weekend we have added a pulled pork sandwich, top it with cole slaw and some BBQ sauce, it surely will pe*****te your heart of love this weekend! Today at the zoo, Zookeeper Joel will be by the elk exhibit from 1pm to 1:30pm bugling about "Elk Antler Ranking". Stop at "The Grizzly Grill" before you head out into the zoo, get a bite to eat and a hot chocolate to go.

Wisconsinites enjoyed a visit to the zoo today and stopping at the new Drive-thru, walk-up window at the Grizzly Grill to get a burger, brat, hot dog, and/or fries along with lots of hot chocolate! We took a vote with some of our visitors which animal at the zoo they enjoyed the most today,,,, Of course, Shalom's Lewis and Clark, the famous grizzly bears won the vote! Come and visit the zoo tomorrow, lots of excitement planned with the feeding of the wolves at 11am, you'll have time to get a bite to eat for lunch at The Grizzly Grill, then head back in the zoo to Molly and Buster, the black bear, exhibit to meet Zookeeper Aaron to speak about bear behavior at 1pm.
