Good morning, everyone.

I would like to express my gratitude for your overwhelming support regarding our recent incident with the dine-and- dashers. I have an update: The police were able to track down the two individuals who have been committing these acts throughout the city. As I mentioned earlier, I had hoped this was simply a misunderstanding or a mistake. It was not.

We have received countless calls and messages. And I want to let everyone know, that the bill and the waitress have been taken care of you. All have restored my hope and love for humanity. You turned a bad day into a wonderful one. Thank you to everyone who took the time to comment and offered to contribute

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a wonderful Thursday.

Today at Copper Penny, we experienced a dine-and-dash incident. A young man and woman, likely in their early to mid-twenties, ordered $60 worth of food and left without paying. I genuinely hope this was an honest mistake or misunderstanding.

I am sharing a picture of their meal in the hope that they might see it and feel compelled to return and settle the bill.

I want to emphasize that restaurants work hard to stay in business because we love what we do. We cherish the camaraderie with our guests and the joy of running a small business, but it is a constant struggle. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible so that people can enjoy dining out. Rising costs for food, electricity and payroll among other things make this increasingly difficult.

If the two individuals who dined with us today see thus post, I sincerely ask that you find it in your heart to come back and pay for your meal. Thank you
