It’s Thirsty Thursday: $2.99 domestic beers with food, dine-in, 21+. A slice and a cold one. That’s the whole plan.

Our Philly cheesesteak pizza (that's the one in the photo), fresh tomato and basil, tomato pie with pecorino, pepperoni, Sicilian squares. Everything passed. A few slices didn't survive the inspection.

Game day ruling from the counter: ranch on wings is legal. Ranch on a cheese slice is a misdemeanor. 🍕

Buffalo or parmesan wings, a pie for the table, garlic knots for whoever says they're "not that hungry." Order ahead and it's hot when you walk in, not when the game's over.

Chicken parm isn't from Italy. 👀
It was born in Italian-American kitchens: a breaded cutlet, red sauce, melted mozzarella, spaghetti on the side. Italy had the ingredients. Italian-Americans had the idea.
October is Italian-American Heritage Month, and we've been an Italian family making food in this country since the '70s. So tonight's dinner counts as cultural education. 🤌

🍕 October is National Pizza Month — so we're starting with the one that started it all.

The Margherita. Tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil. The colors of the Italian flag, and according to the story, first made in Naples for Queen Margherita in 1889.

It's the simplest pizza on the menu and the hardest to get right — three ingredients, nothing to cover a mistake. Ask for it well done. Team DeRenzo can tell you why. 😉

🍕 Two new specials came out of the oven today.

🤍 Burrata, Pesto & Prosciutto — pesto, fresh burrata torn over the top, prosciutto added after the bake so it stays silky. Rich, fresh, and gone fast.

🔴 Tomato Pie with Pecorino — sauce on top, pecorino romano, garlic and basil. No mozzarella, and it doesn't need it. This is how they've made it in Jersey for a hundred years, and it's one of those pizzas people either grew up on or have never heard of.

Both are here tonight. Saturday, ovens running till close.

Family Night Tuesday 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 — kids eat free with any adult entrée, dine-in.

🥩 Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. 🍕

Steak, green peppers, onions, and melted white cheese on a fresh pie. We've been making cheesesteaks for 23 years — at some point putting one on a pizza stopped being a question.

It's Sunday. It's football. Nobody in your house wants to cook and everybody wants something that eats like an event.
