In 2025, Chef Juan spent a day at Quincy High School sharing his experience with culinary students. This past Saturday, Jose—one of the students he worked with—started his first shift in our kitchen. Jose will be working with us part-time while he finishes high school, and we’re thrilled to welcome him to the team!

Investing our time in local schools and supporting young people has always been important to our restaurants and something our teams genuinely enjoy. We're proud to help develop the next generation of hospitality leaders!
