Sea Salt Fry Co. is now frying Friday through Monday, noon to 8 pm. Tuesday through Thursday, the fryer takes a well-earned nap.

We owe you an apology. Sort of.

For a while now we've been putting something stupidly good on the specials board, letting you get attached, and then taking it away a week later. Giving "you had to be there" energy. We've seen the comments. We've heard the sighs at the counter.

So: weekly specials are out. Seasonal specials are in.

Same scratch cooking, same dedicated gluten-free fryer, same Chef Norm — the dishes just stick around for a whole season now instead of disappearing by Thursday. More time to enjoy them before we take them away.
