We have very friendly staff and a casual atmosphere. We serve a variety of Mexican food including burritos, tacos, tortas, tamales, menudo (on weekends), posole (on Wednesdays), tostadas, churros, and many other foods! We also serve Mexican juices including horchata,Jamaica,tamarindo, and orange mango. We also have a fridge full of bottled drinks including Mexican coke and sangria, and many others

. You always get what you pay for. Our burritos are quite big especially our MONSTER burrito. We have very quick service so please come by and give us I try. You won't regret it!! ALSO WE SERVE BREAKFAST BURRITOS ALL DAY!!! :)

Wow! Never thought this day will come.

We want to appreciate & thank everyone that has supported us and the ones we meet during our business journey, It’s Not a goodbye it’s see you later. We want to let our customers know that this month October 31st Friday will be our last day! We will be closing our doors in Wellington Utah! 🙏🏽 It was a blessing an amazing journey and meeting people that. we never thought we would have met and the situations we went through, Behind every small business are some amazing customers thank you!

Our friends at Jilbertos in Wellington will be opening back up on January 20, 2025. They works their tail end off all year, from sun up to sun down so that they can take 4 or 5 weeks at the end of the year to care for their personal matters and see family from other states and Mexico. we are excited to see them back in the restaurant in 20 days!

Nuestros amigos de Jilbertos en Wellington abrirán nuevamente el 20 de enero de 2025. Trabajan sin descanso todo el año, desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer, para poder tomarse 4 o 5 semanas al final del año para ocuparse de sus asuntos personales y ver a familiares de otros estados y México. ¡Estamos emocionados de verlos nuevamente en el restaurante en 20 días!
