**Panini of the week: BBQ Pulled Pork- slow roasted pork smothered in golden BBQ sauce and topped with cheddar cheese, and pickles on a toasted hoagie bun.

**Salad of the week: Grilled Salmon on top of mixed greens, cucumbers, microgreens, and lemon
