I don’t usually talk much about the hard side of owning a small business, but lately I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about what it takes to keep a dream going.

Dolce Italia is so much more than a restaurant to me. It’s a place I’ve poured my heart into, and I truly love being part of this community.

As we head toward the slower months, I know it’s going to take all of us working together to keep our little downtown businesses thriving. ❤️

So if you’ve been meaning to come have dinner, grab a pizza, bring the family, or simply stop in and say hello… we’d love to see you.

Sometimes something as simple as choosing local can make a bigger difference than you realize.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported Dolce Italia along the way. I hope we get to keep serving you, laughing with you, and making memories with you for a long time to come.
