We'll be seeing you again at this year's Tower Grove Farmers' Market select Tuesday nights from 4pm-sunset. We do plan to expand to other markets in the county for those local to Webster and surrounding areas who have been following and love our pizza. Don't worry we're working on other ways to get your hands on our pizza throughout winter...stay tuned.

Wow this year came on quick! It’s been challenging and full of growth. A few lessons we’ve learned: ALWAYS stand up for yourself, this has been a reoccurring lesson over many years, but for the most part if you’re in the right, things will end up where they should. Have the courage to say no, say yes, walk away, open doors, jump off the boat or start all over again. Adventures are adventures, mountains and hills, not straight lines, remember why you started one. Two years ago we moved across the country in pursuit of something different. Not better, just different. We’ve always been entrepreneurs at heart, we jumped off that boat and built a new life, challenged ourselves in many ways and made some new friends along the way. I’m thinking next year will have many more opportunities and we look forward to sharing this adventure with you, breaking bread 🍞 (covered with cheese) together. Cheers to 2026, Happy New Year ♥️🍕

🧀 Cheese selection is so important. It’s also the highest cost ingredient on your pizza which is why you can tell lunch room school pizza from Pizza Hut from ours. We’ve experimented with various blends even adding parm to our frico edge. We love you fellow cheese lovers. 🍕😋

We ferment our dough for 72 hours. Time does what shortcuts can’t. Over three slow days, enzymes naturally break starches into sugars while yeast relaxes the gluten structure. That means better browning, deeper flavor, and a dough that’s easier to digest. The result is a crust that’s light, crisp, and never heavy. Just flour, water, time, and so much patience. 🍕😊

Whew what a night! We were excited to serve some regulars tonight! Loved the Christmas carolers, but somehow missed Santa. I have a feeling he’ll be visiting us again soon 😉 Lots of love for those who came out and supported us! Happy Holidays ♥️🍕
