The Block Restaurant and Butcher Shop is a neighborhood establishment with a modest method: create and showcase a farm-fresh, seasonal menu that sources the very best local ingredients. The Block also pays homage to traditional butchery work by performing primary and secondary butchery of locally procured livestock in house.
