Go for a spin with our Raspberry Cream Soda! 💗🌀

This is our bottle collection table, the final stop in the bottling process before one of our awesome production Jerks packs everything into 24-bottle cases. It’s just one of the many steps that go into making our farm fresh, handcrafted sodas from start to finish, right here at our production facility in Waynesville.

Raspberry Cream is by far our most popular soda flavor, and it’s on draft in the gift shop for you to try! While you’re here, peek through our production doors and catch a glimpse of the soda magic for yourself. ✨

We're in Southern Living! 🍑💛

We're so honored that Chef Brian Smith of Baba Nahm at The S&W Market named our Peach Soda his favorite regional soda. His memory of summer peaches from the farmers market is exactly the feeling we hope every bottle brings back.

Thank you to The S&W Market for being such a wonderful partner and pouring our sodas, to Aly Walansky and Southern Living for including us, and congratulations to The Hop Ice Cream and Wehrloom Honey for keeping Western North Carolina's soda game strong alongside us!

We teamed up again with the ladies at Wholly Goat Soaps LLC on three scents inspired by our craft sodas: Apple Rosemary, Lavender Lemon, and Peach. They join the rest of our collab collection, alongside the soap bars, wooden-wick candles, and lip balms some of y’all just can’t get enough of. 😌

Set one by the kitchen or bathroom sink for the perfect touch in your mountain home, and a sweet reminder of the best soda made in the mountains. 🏔️

Stay tuned, too, because our holiday seasonal scents and flavors are dropping very soon! 🎄

🌿 Meet our Basil Syrup: fresh, herbaceous, and bottled with care right here in Waynesville. 🌿

Every leaf of basil we use is sourced from the Biltmore, hydroponically grown in their greenhouse gardens. Biltmore is also who we partner with for our private label Blueberry Basil Soda, which can be found at select locations throughout the Estate. 💚

So what can you do with it? Just about anything:
🍋 Stir it into lemonade or iced tea for a garden-fresh twist
🫧 Mix w/ sparkling water for a simple homemade soda
🍸 Shake up a basil gimlet, basil smash, or a bright mocktail
🍓 Pair it w/ strawberries, peaches, or watermelon
🍨 Drizzle over vanilla ice cream or a fresh fruit salad
🥗 Whisk into a vinaigrette for a sweet, herby dressing

🍎 Peak local apple season has arrived in the mountains, and we’re soaking up every crisp, golden minute of it. 🍂

As the cool air rolls in, there’s no better way to celebrate than with a bottle of our Apple Rosemary Soda. “Jerk” Juno is pictured processing our latest batch of Haywood County-grown apples, cold-pressed right here for the freshest flavor possible.

Each bottle is made with these local apples, plus fresh rosemary, cinnamon, lemon juice, and lemon zest. It’s quite literally apple pie in a bottle. 🥧✨

We take pride in bringing you the most delicious flavors our mountains have to offer, and this one is a fall favorite. You can find Apple Rosemary in-store, our online shop, and at several of our retail partners this time of year!

✨ Meet the Dirty Caramel Apple, our newest drink special! 🍎🍂

We heard the fair’s in town this weekend, so we whipped up our own take on a carnival classic. Start with your choice of Ginger or Apple Rosemary Soda on draft, layered with an Apple Rosemary slushie, then topped with silky cold foam, a caramel drizzle, and shimmering gold luster sparkles.

It’s fall in a cup and tastes just like apple cider… maybe even better. 🍁
