Happy Sunday, y'all! We just want to say thank you to everyone who stopped by this past week. Waynesville, Dillsboro, and Franklin all stayed busy, and it's because of you.

The response to the new Get Smoked VIP Club has been incredible, and folks are loving the Birthday Club too. If you haven't joined yet, there's still time.

Good Saturday morning, y'all! We had to show off this massive 3 Meat Combo with three of our top choices: slow-smoked brisket, chopped pork, and ribs. This one came from Mark F. and his Dillsboro Yelp review last month.

We absolutely love it when folks share their feedback, and especially their foodie pics, on any of our public pages: Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Google. We can't tell you how many people walk in because of your reviews, and we truly appreciate every one of them.

We also wanted to share what a success it's been watching folks order ahead through our new website, or by calling Jolene, our AI assistant, at 828-522-9077 day or night to get their questions answered, and having her text the menu, ordering, or catering links for any of our three locations.

This past week we've had catering and to-go orders waiting on us first thing in the morning. Folks are loving being able to get their orders in and schedule your pick up time before we open our doors.

We had them all prepped and ready to go, whether it was treating the whole office to lunch or feeding the family at home.

We appreciate every bit of the feedback. What we do and why we do it comes down to one thing: taking care of you and putting out the best slow-smoked barbecue in the country.

Hey there, Haywood family! Today we're celebrating the man who started it all. Happy birthday, Joe Beasley!

In 2013, Joe opened the doors in Waynesville with a simple idea: slow-smoked barbecue done right, cooked by temperature, never time, and served like family. That idea still lights every fire in our pits today.

Joe, thank you for building something this whole community gets to share, and for reminding all of us why we do things the old way, sometimes the hard way. We're proud to carry it forward.
