If your looking to hold a fundraiser, contact us for pre-sale opportunities and donation levels. If you have a big event and would like to sample some of our work, let us know in advance and we will be glad to work you up some samples. We are able to cook for your pickup, cook to deliver or even cook on-site.

Boy oh boy!!! It has been a minute! We have not been real active at the smoker lately, and that will change. We got super busy over the past couple of months and weren't able to offer our monthly cooks. And, to make it even more complex, we are starting to plan for the 4th of July Jubilee. So, please bear with us for now. Come check us out at the jubilee again this year, it is our favorite event of the year. We plan to have brisket, pork and pork belly. It is that time of the year again to get oyur fill of brisket nachos or pork belly mac n cheese! Hope everyone is enjoying a great start to your summer! You will b ehearing from us more soon! Pork is ready for pickup!!!!! Still have some extra pans of mac n cheese if anyone is interested. $35 per pan. They are about 8 pounds of mac n cheese. It is our most popular side. I think I have 4 pans left.

Guess what we got our hands on...

A bunch of Prime Brisket!!!! LETS GOOOO!!!! So, what are we gonna do with it? Well, smoked it of course.

Brisket cook next Friday! Meat will be ready sometime near supper time. $16 per pound, which is a real trim for me right now, but we are going to make it happen. I will have sauce available for anyone who wants sauce. I will have a limited number of new bottles but can do as many bottles as you got to refill. Just let me know in advance. So, how much brisket you want?!?!?!?!
