13-16lb smoked turkey- $75

Housemade sides: mac n cheese, country green beans, cole slaw, bbq beans, mashed potatoes, dressing, cranberry relish
Smoked scallop potatoes ($65)

Full pan - $80(50 4oz portions)
Half pan- $40 (25 4oz portions)

*Pulled pork - $18lb ( 5lb minimum)
*Sliced brisket- $28lb (5lb minimum)
*Babyback ribs - $35 for a full rack ( 4 rack minimum)
*Smoked Wings- $35 for 30 wings
*Prime Rib- $40lb (7+lb average )
*Beef Tenderloin- $60.75lb ( Tenderloins are whole and weight will vary 5-7lb average)
*Smoked Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole (Price tbd soon)

Housemade sauce - $ 15 a quart

We will not be at Foodlion in Fishersville today, but will be offering delivery in Waynesboro, Fishersville, and Crimora. 11am-3pm.
$25 minimum and $5 delivery charge. Please Call 540-414-2617 . I am by myself, so please be patient.
