Below: Happ Secret Home Pour Over Recipe ‼️⬇️

24-26 grams of coffee (medium grind), 375 grams of water (approximately 199 degrees)

Pulse 1 (aka bloom): 75g. Time, 0:00-0:15
Pulse 2: pour to 150g. Time, 0:40-0:55
Pulse 3: pour to 225g. Time, 1:05-1:20
Pulse 4: pour to 300g. Time, 1:40-1:55
Pulse 5: pour to 375g. Time, 2:15-2:30

Your brew should be complete at about 3:30. If it’s shorter or longer, adjust grind size accordingly.
