We are still loving that Dorm Room latte!! This is the last week to enjoy it!

In honor of so many wins this week- we will still have the Wildcat Lemonade!

🥪 PANINI WEDNESDAY
The Club House Panini! Turkey, ham, crispy bacon, smoked cheddar and provolone with our homemade honey-Dijon mayo, grilled until golden and served with Chris’s homemade french fries!

Available from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. while supplies last!

🥖 SOURDOUGH WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY
We’re baking off fresh sourdough twice this week! Look for:

🧀 Cheddar Herb Sourdough
🥖 Artisan Sourdough

Fresh loaves will be available Wednesday and Friday while supplies last!

We’ll be open Tuesday through Friday from 5:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

HIS Baking Co. will be closed Saturday, September 5 through Tuesday, September 8. We’ll reopen Wednesday, September 9 at 5:30 a.m.!

Happy Sunday! This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it! ❤️🙏🏻

❄️ We’re getting ready for winter here at HIS Baking Co., and we have a cozy little sneak peek for you!

We know a frozen açaí bowl might not sound quite as tempting once those Nebraska temperatures drop. Don’t worry, our açaí bowls aren’t going anywhere! But this winter, we’re also introducing our new Protein Cobbler Bowls! 😍

Each warm and cozy bowl starts with gluten-free protein oats, a little brown sugar and the fruit of your choice. Best of all, each bowl is gluten-free and packed with 22 grams of protein! 💪

These will begin rolling out in late September, and we cannot wait for you to try them. Protein bowls are definitely where it’s at this winter!

🎃 We also launched pumpkin muffins this week! (Not pumpkin lattes, just muffins.) We’ve gotta give you a small dose of fall at a time because, technically, it’s still summer. 😂

I’m sampling the brisket right now, and let me tell you, it is DANG tasty! 😋

💕✨ CHANGE OF PLANS, WAYNE AMERICA! ✨💕

We know Crème Brûlée was supposed to be our Donut of the Week, but following the passing of the one and only Dolly Parton, we’ve decided to do something special in her memory.

Introducing the Southern Strawberry Shortcake Bismarck, filled with sweet strawberry and cream, then all dolled up in pink and glitter, just as Dolly would have wanted! 🍓✨

Today, we remember our sister in Christ, a woman who shared her faith, kindness, music, and generous heart with the world.
