We are currently transitioning to a new POS system and have experienced a few minor issues along the way, particularly with our loyalty program.

If you are a current loyalty member, please check your Heartland app to see if you have any available rewards. If rewards $$ are showing, we kindly ask that you take a screenshot of the reward balance so we can transfer it manually to our new system. While the loyalty points should already be transferred the rewards were not carried over.

You can email your screenshot to [email protected], or feel free to stop by and show it to a team member in person. We want to ensure you receive the rewards you’ve earned.
