The Peach Pit Pizzeria Follows these rules for making our pizzas we use ‘00’ Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and Mozzarella Fior-di-Latte fresh mozzarella made with cow milk.(and other varieties of cheese) The dough is made daily and hand-kneaded by our pizza maker. We make are

pizzas larger than the ("Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana" ) and with more toppings and baked in a oven at over 900 *F for a short time until the pizza is finished baking,( as little as 60 seconds or as long as it takes).

The Peach Pit is now closed after nine years of business. It was family owned & operated by the Carroll family for the last eight years with the help of many employees along the way. Both of my daughters have worked here,and my wife, parents, friends,and other family members have all lent a hand from time to time. It is with a heavy heart, that we say our final farewell to our customers and thank you to our faithful patrons. After a rest and completion of many neglected projects, I plan to start a new pizza restaurant next year. Please join the new owners, Dan & Donna Dixon for the same style food and service you have received over the past years. They will be closed for a short time to remodel. Once again, thank you for being our valued customers. We are grateful for the pleasure of meeting and serving you. Hope to see you soon.
