Tonight we are featuring a spin on an Old Fashioned.
We’re calling it the Sip & C***r.
It’s K**b Creek with a homemade, orange infused Apple C***r. With a bit of some homemade Cherry Bitters. We finish it with some Smoked Cherry Wood.
Today Chef has prepared a Pork belly appetizer.
The Pork Belly will be fried and served with a Poached Apple Rosette, a Red W**e Gastrique and an Apple Foam.

We can't believe its already been almost a year since we opened our doors. We couldn't have made it this far without all of you who have stopped in for a drink, grabbed brunch, lunch, or dinner, brought your friends, celebrated with us, and supported us along the way.

So bring the family and come hang out, eat some BBQ, check out some cool cars, listen to some live music, and help us celebrate 1 year-ish of Sip & Cinder!
