🥃🍺 Two Texas barrel legends, one exclusive pour — and one exclusive pint.
Fish City Grill has partnered with Garrison Brothers and Railport Brewing Co. to bring you something you won't find anywhere else: the Barrel Aged Tender Mercy, our exclusive milk stout aged in Garrison Brothers barrels at a bold 13% ABV.
It started with our hand-selected Garrison Brothers Single Barrel wh***ey, chosen barrel by barrel by the Team at Fish City Grill. Then Railport Brewing took those same barrels and let their Tender Mercy milk stout rest inside, soaking up every bit of rich bourbon character the oak had left behind. What comes out is dark, velvety, and full of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, with a warm bourbon finish that lingers.
Two Texas makers. One shared barrel. A wh***ey and a stout that were always meant to be a pair.
Sip the Tender Mercy from a snifter, order the Barrel Pick Old Fashioned next to it, and taste the whole story in one sitting. Available now — while it lasts.
