The team at ProBAKE Inc. spent the last few weeks carefully assembling our stone deck oven and proofing system from hundreds of individual components.
This oven is the heart of our bread program, designed to produce rustic loaves with deeply caramelized crusts, crackling ears, and a tender, flavorful crumb.

We know it’s been quiet here. That hasn’t been the case behind the scenes.

Over the past few months, we've been busy with product testing, logistics, and building out career opportunities on our website. Our partners at Ghidorzi Companies have been making steady progress on the building, and things are really coming together.

We are often asked why we chose the name Eesa (E-sah). Eesa is a blend of the owners' daughters’ names, Evangeline and Samantha. A small nod to the family inspiration behind the bakery.
