Hello FBFs. Here’s what’s cooking in our kitchen today. For the split pea soup lovers – made just the way you like it with farmer market reds, fresh carrots, onion and a bit of celery, garnished with homemade buttery croutons. AND we have a new ice cream flavor, fresh peach, caramel and sugared pecans. Seriously decadant.

What a beautiful day FBFS! And what pairs well with a beautiful day? Lunch at the 319 Bistro. Enjoy one of our fresh, made to order salads. Add a refreshing beverage - the San Pellegrino Blood Orange, Limonata or Lemonade Splash or choose from a variety of iced teas. And BTW, our featured soup is Southwestern Chicken Verde - chicken breast, Vidalia onion, mild green chiles, oven roasted sweet corn, baby butter beans, lots of “secret” spices, served over seasoned rice. It’s a bit sassy but not fierce. Delicious.

Dear Bistro soup-aholics (you know who you are). We know you’ve been waiting patiently for a feature soup, and we have been waiting patiently to cook some up. But it’s just been too hot. Soon, but not today. However, our “one for the road” offer still stands. An ice cold bottle of water when you leave to keep you hydrated in this beastly, scorching heat. Yup, we’re still lookin’ out for you. Also, check out our new summer beverages. We’re featuring Sal Pellegrino Lemonade, Limoncello and Blood Orange Splash, plus many other thirst quenchers. Then, finish your lunch with a creamy, homemade ice cream sundae or coconut cream pie.
