Hello FBF. Well it’s too cool to garden today so why not grab a friend and do lunch at the 319 Bistro. We are featuring our homemade soup – chicken rice extraordinaire! Made with fresh carrots, celery, onion and other tasty stuff, in our wonderful homemade broth. Pair it with one of our fresh garden salads or delicious sandwiches. Aww Friday, FBFs. Time to ease into the weekend and do something fun. Grab a pal or two and come to the 319 Bistro for lunch. We have a new salad that has become an instant hit with our customers. It’s the Fresh Berry and Sugared Pecan salad. This one has it all – plump blackberries, juicy strawberries, pecans toasted in butter and brown sugar, all resting on a bed of mixed greens and topped with Italian Cheese blend. Served with your choice of dressing and a warm crostini. It’s tasty!

Hello FBFs. Weather dude is saying we’ll enjoy another beautiful day today. And we invite you to get out and spend some time at the 319 Bistro. We’re planning some tasty new items as we welcome the early summer days. Back by popular demand, we put our lemon meringue ice cream back on the menu. Freshly squeezed lemon juice, crème fraiche, and dairy sweet cream go into this luscious, tangy treat. In the near future, we’ll be churning Blackberry Lime ice cream. (yumm) And new on our beverage menu is the San Pellegrino Blood Orange Splash. It’s as refreshing as it sounds. You must try it.

Hello everyone. It’s a perfect day to enjoy our Bistro Mocktail – the Strawberry Mule. We start by muddling fresh strawberries and a slice of lime in a frosted copper mug. Then we add Ginger Beer, top it off with a splash of sparkling soda and garnish it with a fresh strawberry. It’s refreshing and delicious on this warm, sunshiny day. Gotta try it.

Hello FBFs. Here’s a “feel good” story to share with you on this cloudy Monday morning. Several years ago, a customer brought us some beautiful vintage tea cups and saucers. Some of you have sipped a cup of tea or two from these lovely treasures. Last week my artist friend, Deanna, came by with a painting of one of these cups. She made it just for us at the Bistro. What wonderful gifts from both of these ladies. Life is good and people like them make it even better.
