It's gonna be a HAZY summer! We are continuing our promise to
push our hazies harder than ever, chasing maximum haze, maximum freshness, and maximum flavor. The result is our newest creation: The Big Sabroski.
6.9% ABV | 14 IBU

Built on a pillowy grain bill of Pilsner malt, flaked oats, malted oats, flaked wheat, chit malt, and a touch of acid malt for a silky mouthfeel and glowing haze. We loaded this one with an outrageous 3.7 pounds of hops per barrel. Tons of Sabro, Citra and Krush hops. Expect waves of coconut cream, ripe citrus, tropical fruit, peach gummies, and bright stone fruit layered over a soft, juicy body.

Fresh. Hazy. Ridiculously hopped.

A quick update from the brewery.

First up, our brand-new hazy IPA, "The Big Sabroski", is expected to land this Saturday.

We've been pushing our hazies harder than ever, maximizing haze, freshness, and hop expression. We're proud to put them up against anyone's. Every batch is brewed fresh, served fresh, and designed to stay beautifully hazy from the first pour to the last.

The Big Sabroski is loaded with Sabro, Citra, and Krush hops, bringing layers of tropical fruit, citrus, and coconut-like character.

Coming soon after that is a brand-new Vienna Lager. Brewed to exacting standards with generous amounts of premium German malt and hops, it's everything we love about traditional lager brewing—small-batch, authentic, and true to style.

Then comes the return of "Man Pants" Kölsch, one of our favorite signs that summer has arrived.

Following that, we're introducing "Eh Through Zealand", a New Zealand Pilsner featuring Rakau, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Crisp, refreshing, and packed with the unique character that New Zealand hops are famous for.

And finally, our beloved "Thrust!" IPA—our number one-selling beer. Every day. Every week. All year long. We're now brewing it in smaller batches than ever to keep that hop character as bright, fresh, and expressive as possible.

NEW ON TAP: "Sir Krush-a-Lot"

They don't call it Sir Krush-a-Lot because it crushes a little.

This Extra Pale Ale was brewed to be light-bodied, hop-forward, and dangerously drinkable. Loaded with Krush and Mosaic hops, it bursts with tropical fruit aromas and flavors that remind us of a fresh fruit cocktail in a glass.

Bright, refreshing, and packed with juicy hop character, this is the perfect pint for kicking back on the patio or crushing after a long, hot, sunny day!

🍁 NEW BEER RELEASE: "Pass the Sizzurp" 🍁

We teamed up with our friends up at MJK Sugarbush and their locally made maple syrup to create this smooth, rich Maple Pecan Brown Ale. Loaded with layers of toasted pecan, caramel malt, real maple character and a hint of vanilla. This one drinks like a stack of pancakes crashed into your favorite brown ale — in the best possible way.

Blood Orange Wit is now on tap! Sunshine in a glass! This refreshing Belgian-style witbier was brewed with blood orange for a bright burst of citrus flavor layered over soft wheat malt character and subtle spice. Light-bodied, crisp and incredibly drinkable. Finishes with juicy orange notes and a smooth, refreshing finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.
