I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.

How I want to work with people. The one thing that I definitely know is I never want to be the agent who calls you five times with a fake reason, just to remind you I exist.

I never want to pressure someone into listing with me.

I know what your home and time are worth. I know what my work is worth. That is enough for me.

Selling a house is stressful enough. Showings, inspectors, contractors, paperwork. I believe your agent should not be one more source of stress.

My job is simple. Protect your money and your peace of mind. Honest price, clear plan, no games.

This is what matters to me in my work.

My guest column was published today in CalMatters 🫶🏻

I wrote about something I’ve seen firsthand since moving to the U.S. It’s how immigrants can have income, savings and a solid financial history, but still find that parts of their financial life don’t translate easily into the U.S. mortgage system.

The truth is, buying a first home isn’t easy for families right now. And when you’re an immigrant, there can be an extra layer of challenges that aren’t always visible from the outside.

I wanted to share what that experience can look like from the other side.

First time in Santa Barbara. Such a beautiful, authentic little escape. Cozy streets, sweet people, so much aesthetic and that courthouse tower view just took my breath away. Definitely a must-visit and return place 🥹

The more people we can create around us, the more beautiful memories we can make. And the more places we have that we want to come back to again and again.

Wisconsin, and Wausau in particular, is not about the place for us. It’s always about the people.

And, of course, the iconic food deserves its own special place😄

Instead of burning bridges, choose to build them. Choose people, connection, and the kind of relationships that make you feel winged.
