We're back from vacation and at the market this Saturday (8/8)! The plan for the rest of the season is to be there the next five Saturdays with September 5th being our last day.

I think I got a bit overzealous with my scheduling this week. It was a long night following the night market and there just wasn't enough juice to start cooking at 5am today, so we'll be missing tomorrow's market. Unfortunately, we won't be back to the market until the 8th. Please stay strong until then!

Just a reminder that we'll be at the Wausau Night Market tomorrow from 5-9. We're bringing the usuals along with spare ribs, beef dino ribs, and burnt ends. We'll be on McClellan and 3rd.

We'll also be at the regular farmers market on river drive this Saturday.

Update: There's a chance the market will be canceled tomorrow. We'll make a post if it does. Neat!

We're trying out a new item at the market this Saturday: gochujang burnt ends! Pork belly cubes smoked then tossed with a honey-gochujang sauce and topped with scallions and sesame seeds. 6 pieces an order for $8. (These are about as spicy as our chimichurri)

Looks like potential thunderstorms tonight through tomorrow morning. We'll be sitting tomorrow's market out because of it. Enjoy the holiday weekend as much as you can without barbecue!
